What began as an in-house solution to a growing problem has evolved into a groundbreaking, AI-powered ERP system transforming the automotive industry.

In 2010, faced with outdated and unsupported tools, the founder of Automatrix Dealer Software leveraged two decades of dealership experience to address inefficiencies within his own operations. Starting with custom-built calculators, projections, and simulators in spreadsheets, he created a solution that streamlined processes and centralized critical data.

This necessity-driven innovation didn’t stay in-house for long. As word spread among independent dealerships, it became clear that this tool could fill a much larger gap in the market. The early solution grew into Automatrix Dealer Software, a comprehensive Dealer Management System (DMS) empowering operators with control at their fingertips—accessible anytime, anywhere.

By 2018, the system had expanded to address the specific needs of the Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) industry. With each iteration, Automatrix refined its offering, staying ahead of market demands. In 2021, the platform underwent a major transformation, shifting to the cloud to embrace modern technology and scalability.
